Group Structure

RP Global Holdings S.L. is the majority shareholder of all „Generating Assets” and oversees the development of new projects as well as the implementation and operation of the power plants.

The Austrian stake of RP Global is owned by the Hydrocontracting Group, financed by private Austrian investors. The Spanish arm of the organization, Minicentrales S.A., is owned and financed by a private Spanish investor.
